Marvin van der Made earned male player of the week honors after recording a hat trick in the Patriots win over Concordia.  The senior's first goal resulted from a PK a minute into the half, laced to the bottom left. At 62' he found himself at the end of a pass across the box, six yards in front of the goal for an easy score. Van der Made continued to pressure the box, following a Patriots shot in, which initially was saved but the forward positioned himself to tap in the deflection for the third goal of the day and his third career hat trick. Van der Made leads the team with five goals to his name, while also holding four assists and 14 total points.
