Football: Terrance Cobb
Cobb is one of the most decorated players in program history and currently holds the Patriots program record for rushing yard and touchdowns. He broke out during his junior year, rushing for a NAIA best 1,991 yards and 26 touchdowns.

Volleyball: Jennifer (Philpot) Clark
Clark saved her best season for last as she notched 332 kills and 338 digs over the course Cumberlands 30 matches. She averaged 3.49 kills per game during the season, which ranks fifth in program history, and tallied 10+ kills in 18 matches. Her performance throughout this season earned Clark MSC First Team All-Conference, AVCA All-Southeast Region, and becoming just the third Patriot in program history to be named an NAIA All-American Honorable Mention.

Women's Cross Country: Danielle Hoop-O'Dell
Hoop-O’Dell is no stranger to the national stage; her stellar careerincluded three NAIA All-American honors, four NAIA National Championships qualifications, four MSC First Team All-Conference selections, and one MSC Runner of the Year award in 2014. She is the only track and cross country athlete, male or female, to automatically qualify for nationals 12 times.

Men's Cross Country: Lucas Huelvan
Huelvan put together one of the most impressive seasons in program history with five top-ten finishes and a top-20 finish at the NAIA National Championships. He set the tone for the year opening with a runner-up finish at the Berea College's Mike and Mary Kay Invitational and later won the top spot at Kentucky Wesleyan's Fast Cats Invitational.

Women's Soccer: Shara Randez
Randez is the only two-time NAIA All-American Honorable Mention in program history, as well as a three-time Mid-South Conference All-Conference selection and the 2017 MSC Freshman of the Year. In addition to those accolades, Randez has etched her name in the career record book, fifth in assists (17) and points (66) over her first three years with the Patriots.

Men's Soccer: Marvin van der Made
In his two seasons with the Patriots, Van der Made netted 28 goals, dished out nine assists, and notched 65 points, including nine multi-goal games and four hattricks. He finished the decade with the most goals and points by any Patriot during that stretch.

Women's Basketball: Lauren Wombles-Taylor
Wombles-Taylor currently holds the Patriots program career record for points and rebounds. She made her mark at Cumberlands from the second she stepped foot on the court; she was a three-time NAIA All-American, a four-time MSC First Team All-Conference selection, the 2012 MSC Player of the Year and the 2009 MSC Freshman of the Year.

Men's Basketball: Xavier Owens
Owens is one of the most decorated players in program history as he is one of only seven Patriots to earn multiple All-American honors and one of just three players to do it over the past decade. He tallied 11 career double-doubles, netted at least 20 points in a game 14 times, and shot 44.7% from the field.

Men's Wrestling: Tres Leon
Leon is one of the most decorated wrestlers in program history as he is one of only seven wrestlers in program history. Leon was the 2020 NAIA National Champion at the 149 lbs. weight class and the only three-time Wrestler of the Year in Mid-South Conference history. Leon finished his career with a 107-11 record, including 44 falls.

Women's Wrestling: Sarah Allen
In addition to her four All-American accolades, Allen holds the program record for career wins (132) and falls in a career (41), while ranking third (35) and fourth (34), respectfully in wins in a season. Allen also represented Cumberlands and Team USA at the Grand Prix of Spain in 2015.

Women's Bowling: Sarah Doyle
Doyle is the Patriots lone NAIA All-American as she received Second Team All-American honors in 2019 and is the only UC bowler to earn MSC First Team All-Conference accolades twice. In addition, Doyle and Jillian Bunnell won the MSC Doubles Championship in 2017, while Doyle and Mickayla Shannon finished runner-up in 2019. Through her career, Doyle notched nine top-five finishes, which is the most in program history.

Men's Bowling: Brad Paynter
Paynter is one of the founding members of the UC men’s bowling program as part of its inaugural recruiting class. Paynter is an MSC Champion of Character winner and a three-time academic all-conference selection. In addition, Paynter led the team in average twice, helped UC to four NAIA National Tournament appearances, and hit 1,000 pins in a tournament nine times.

Women's Swim & Dive: Mendy de Rooi
De Rooi is the most decorated swimmer in program history as one of only five Patriots to earn multiple NAIA National Titles, and the only swimmer to capture three individual national titles at a single year, doing so twice. For her efforts, de Rooi became UC’s first NAIA Swimmer of the Year honors and NAIA Swim of the Meet award, in both 2019 and 2020. Heading into her senior campaign, de Rooi already holds the program record for most NAIA national titles (7) and most NAIA All-American accolades (24) while holding eight school records.

Men's Swim & Dive: Dave Groh
Groh is the most decorated diver to compete at UC. He is one of only four Patriots to win an NAIA title and one of just three Patriots to win multiple national championships in the same season (2018). For his efforts, Groh completed his career as a six-time NAIA All-American, the 2018 NAIA Diver of the Year, and is currently ranked fourth in program history for CSCAA All-American honors with six. In addition to his success on the board, Groh went on to be named the 2019 NAIA Diving Coach of the Year.

Women's Archery: Courtnie Carr
Carr is the program’s all-time leader in individual national championships (4) and individual podium finishes (9). Carr is one of just four women’s archers to earn multiple national titles and one of two to win at least three. In addition to her individual success, Courtnie has reached the podium 12 times as part of the team rounds, taking home nine gold medals.

Men's Archery: Josh Isenhoff
Isenhoff is the program’s all-time leader in individual podium finishes (7) while being tied for the program lead in national championships (3) and earning All-American honors in each of his three seasons. In addition, Isenhoff made program history as he qualified to represent Team USA at the World University Games in 2019.

Women's Golf: Kaitlyn Riley
Riley is Cumberlands' lone national champion, taking home the crown at the 2016 NAIA National Championships. Riley holds the program records with 15 career tournament wins, six tournament wins in a season (2017-18), the lowest average for a season at 75.63 (2017-18), and averaged 76.28 per round over her career. The three-time All-American has also carded four of UC’s six lowest rounds in program history, including shooting a program-best 68 on four occasions.

Men's Golf: Ben Kendrick
Kendrick has posted Cumberlands two best finishes at the NAIA National Championship, placing second and third in consecutive seasons. Kendrick holds the program records for lowest season average at 71.96 (2015-15), lowest single-round score (64), and lowest 54-hole score (205). The Danville, KY native is the only Patriot golfer to be named MSC Golfer of the Year three times and is the one Cumberlands golfer to be named to the NAIA All-Tournament Team twice.

Women's Tennis: Isabella Dale
A three-time NAIA All-American, three-time ITA Regional champion, three-time first-team all-conference, and an MSC Player of the Year, Dale posted a 40-10 singles record at #1 singles, while tallying a 28-28 doubles record at #1 doubles and helping the Patriots qualify for the NAIA National Championship in 2017. Dale was even more impressive in conference play posting an impressive 18-2 career record at #1 singles.

Men's Tennis: Martin Barbier
Barbier is a two-time NAIA All-American, an ITA Singles All-American, MSC Player of the Year and a two-time first-team all-conference selection. Barbier made program history in 2020 as he became the highest-ranked Patriot in the ITA singles ranking peaking at #2, while he and teammate Eric Banoub became UC’s first-ranked doubles pair at #17. Over his three years with UC, Barbier was even more impressive in conference play posting an impressive 10-1 career record so far.

Women's Lacrosse: Samantha Tullar
Tullar is the program’s all-time leader in five statistical categories, including goals (282), points (375), and draw controls (311). Tullar is a two-time Appalachian Athletic Conference Player of the Year, the 2018 NAIA Player of the Year, a two-time All-American, the 2017 AAC Freshman of the Year, and a two-time AAC All-Conference selection. Tullar has led the NAIA in goals and points in three of the past four years and helped the Patriots to their first berth to the NAIA National Invitational.

Men's Lacrosse: Nick DiFranco
DiFranco is the program’s all-time leader in ground balls (398) and caused turnovers (151), while honored as a three-time NAIA All-American, 2018 Appalachian Athletic Conference Player of the Year, the 2019 AAC Defensive Player of the Year, a four-time All-Conference recipient, and was named to the NAIA All-Tournament Team and the AAC All-Tournament Team twice. DiFranco was ranked in the top-five of the NAIA and led the AAC in caused turnovers three straight years while being ranked in the top-ten of the NAIA in ground balls three times.

Softball: Kaylee James
James currently holds the Patriots program career record for batting average and stolen bases. She also holds the single-season record for batting average, hits, and stolen bases that she set during her three-year Patriot career. James made an impact from the moment she stepped on the field, the three-time all-conference selction posting a .438 average, .479 slugging, with 228 hits, 97 stolen bases, 249 total bases, 39 RBI and 19 doubles through her career.

Baseball: Zach Hurley
Hurley made an impact from the moment he stepped on the mound, becoming an NAIA All-American honorable mention, MSC Pitcher of the Year in 2019, a two-time MSC First Team All-Conference selection, a CoSIDA Academic All-America and the 2019 MSC Champion of Character. Through his career, the London, KY native, posted a 28-8 record with 283 strikeouts, a 3.49 ERA, 11 complete games, and six shutouts.

Women's Field: Emily Allen
Allen posted the highest finish at the NAIA National Championship. Her career includes qualifications for both the Indoor and Outdoor NAIA National Championships in 2018, an MSC record, two program records, and a conference title. Allen was also part of UC’s 2020 Indoor MSC Championship team, their first championship in program history.

Men's Track: Albert Huntley
Huntley has earned three NAIA All-American honors and an NAIA National title in his lone season running for UC. In 2013, Huntley became the first Patriot sprinter to earn an NAIA National title in the 100 meters dash and the sixth track runner to win an individual national title in program history. In addition, Huntley was a three-time MSC All-Conference recipient.

Men's Field: Wendall Williams
With five NAIA All-American honors as well, Williams became just the second Patriot jumper to earn an NAIA national title in long jump and the only field national title by a Patriot in the last decade. In addition to that, Williams was an MSC Athlete of the Year and a five-time MSC All-Conference recipient. Williams also is the first Patriot since 1980 to earn All-American honors in the long jump at both the indoor and outdoor championships in the same year.

Cheer: Breanna Smith
Smith’s stellar career that spanned from 2016-2020 includes being named the MSC Cheerleader of the Year twice, a three-time MSC First Team All-Conference selection, and becoming the first Patriot to earn All-American honors in program history. She was also part of two conference championship teams, the program's first regional title, a pair of national tournament appearances and was part of an All-Women’s Team Stunt Group that won at the conference championship.
