Routliffe earned the women's player of the week honors after helping UC go 2-1 on the week with wins over Cumberland and Union. She started the week by tallying 24 digs in the 3-0 win over Cumberland. She added 21 digs in the 3-0 win over (RV) Union to break their 14 game win streak. For the week Routliffe recorded 56 digs, three kills, and two service aces. Routliffe currently leads the MSC in digs at 343 and digs per set with 6.2.
