Morgan Radford earned player of the week honors after a fantastic performance both hitting and in the circle. Radford went 6-10 with a double, triple, two RBI and a run scored at the plate and pitched 6.2 inning scattering six hits with a save.  In the Patriots World Series opener against Science and Arts, the junior scorched a one-out double and came around to score UC’s first run on an Oliver double.  Radford added a single in the fifth inning.  The Cookeville, TN native followed that up going 3-3 against Marian.  After singling in her first at-bat, Radford blasted a two-run triple to left in third to make it 7-2.  The junior came in relief and pitched 1.2 innings scattering one hit for the save as the Patriots advanced.  Radford added a single against Oregon Tech as she pitched 4.2 innings scattering five hits an two earned runs with a strikeout.  Her performance earned her a spot on the NAIA All-Tournament Team.
