Carly Oliver earned player of the week honors after a strong outing going 6-2 with two doubles, two RBI a walk and a pair of runs scored.  Against USAO, the junior hit a one-out double in the third inning to drive in Cumberlands first run of the World Series.  Two batters later Oliver came around to score what was the eventual game-winning run off a Keatts single as UC won the game 2-1.  The Georgetown, KY native added a fifth inning double as well in that game.  Against Marian, Oliver went 3-4 with an RBI and a run scored.  She led off the bottom of the first with a single and came around to score on a Keatts homer to put the Patriots in front 2-1.  Oliver added an RBI single in the second and another single in the fifth as the Patriots extended their lead to 9-4.  The junior tallied a single against Southern Oregon and her performance on the week earned her NAIA All-Tournament Team honors.
