Jayson Byrd earned male player of the week honors after placing first in the bowhunter division at the USIIAC South Regional and winning three gold medals at the MSC Indoor Championships.  Byrd, who was in seventh after the first round, shot a 297 in the final round to finish with an 1176 to win the gold medal by one point over teammate Aaron Adams. Byrd followed that up on Sunday earning gold medals in the men’s bowhunter division, men’s team division, and mixed team division.
