Allyson Grava earned athlete of the week honors after leading the Patriots to a 4-0 record at the Viper Sports Academy Classic. The Goodlettsville, TN native tallied 51 kills, a .268 attacking percentage, to go along with 36 digs. Grava opened the week with 10 kills, six digs and three blocks as the Pats knocked off #11 Missouri Baptist for their first win over a top-15 ranked opponent since 2016. The grad student followed it up with a double-double 11 kills and 12 digs as UC took down Taylor 3-1. Grava opened the second day of competition with 17 kills and 12 digs in the four-set win over Southeastern, before closing out the week with 13 kills and a .500 attack % in the 3-0 sweep over Webber. Overall, Grava averaged 3.64 kills per set.
