Lucas Huelvan earned male player of the week honors after recording a sixth place finish at the Greater Louisville Classic in the Blue Race. Huelvan crossed the line in a career-best time of 24:53.6 to post his second top ten finish of the season. He was the third NAIA runner to cross the line and finished 36 seconds off the winning time. Huelvan ran a strategic race as he moved up from being in the 17th position after 2.1K to the sixth position (his eventual finish) after 3.9K.
