University of the Cumberlands Athletics

Jesse Kirby earned women's athlete of the week after going 3-0 with two pins to start her season.  After earning a forfeit win against Emmanuel, Kirby defeat Nia Crosdale of King University by pinning her at the 1:26 mark.  She followed that up by needed only 26 seconds to pin Leya Deickman of Ferrum to improve to 3-0 on the day.
