Williamsburg, KY – The Cumberlands Athletic Department has announced that it has expanded its partnership with Sidearm Sports to include being the new home of the UC Sports Network. The move includes a streaming app that is available on Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Firestick. The new streaming platform is also available to fans through the Patriots Fan Reward App "PATS Rewards."
"This is a huge move for our entire athletic department as it gives our fans more channels to view all of the content and live coverage on the UC Sports Network," said Assistant Athletic Director
Tommy Chasanoff. "This decision also streamline all of the Patriots content into one website."
The UCSN will continue to broadcast all home events, including both JV and varsity games this fall. Over the past three years, Cumberlands has streamed 468 games, which have been viewed by fans from all across the United States and throughout the world.
The first broadcast of the season is set for Saturday, October 3, as Cumberlands host the Mid-South Conference 3D Archery Championships. Live coverage of the individual shoot down will begin at 9 a.m.
In addition to that, the Patriots have unveiled a redesigned UC Sports Network logo, which took effect August 15, 2020. Chasanoff added, "The new logo was designed to be in-line with the Cumberlands branding and gives a fresh new look as we transition to Sidearm.
