Bowling Green, KY – Jokubas Jankauskas earns MSC Swimmer of the Week honors after hitting three NAIA provisional cuts. In the Patriots first meet of the year, they took the win 156.50 – 137.50.

The freshman from Siauliai, Lithuania had a career day in the pool to start his career. Jankauskas started his day with a first-place finish in the 100 back. He touched the wall in 52.87 seconds. Then in the very next event the 200 back, he had his second first-place finish with a time of 1:54.55. Next in the 200 IM, Jankasuskas hit his third provisional poll of the day, as he finished second with a time of 1:58.60.

The Patriots will return to the pool next week as the divers will head to Sewanee, TN for the Sewanee Invitational on October 28th. The next day the Pats will host a Tri-Meet against Union and Midway, starting at Noon.
