Marietta, GA - UC women's bowling finished the weekend in seventh place at the Bowlero Southern Collegiate Classic after knocking down 4,164 pins over the 24 Baker games on Sunday. The Patriots recorded 9,504 pins over the two days after knocking down 5,430 pins over the six team games on day one.

Erika Taylor earned All-Tournament honors after placing fourth in the individual standings with 1,180 pins during the six team games on Saturday. Kiara Abanto, Paige Frantz, Haleigh Lawwell, Taylor, Allysen Coryell, Kaitlyn Egan, Emma Layman, and Kaylie Sipes took the lanes for the Patriots for the baker games. 
 
UT-Southern knocked 4,470 on the day to jump into first with 10,008 pins struck on the weekend. SCAD-Savannah took home second place trailing by 341 pins. After hitting 9,564 pins in two days, Webber surged on the final day to finish the weekend in third. SCAD-Atlanta rose three spots after hitting 4,328 pins on the final day. Trine rounds out the top-five with 4,345 pins to jump three places.
 
Cumberland and Pikeville rounded out the top-ten with 9,253 and 9,163 pins, respectively. This is the second time the Patriots have defeated the Bears this season.
 
UC will return to the lanes in two weeks as they travel south to Smyrna, TN for the annual MSC Brandon Burns Memorial tournament.
