Patriots Set Multiple Personal Bests in St. Louis

St. Louis, MO – Cumberlands traveled to St. Louis this weekend to compete at the Washington University Distance Carnival. They brought two runners to compete in the 5k and 10k races on Friday, both of which set new personal best times on the day.
 
Kyle Woodward started the day in the first heat of the 10k. He paced a new personal best time of 32:30.62 in his second ever collegiate 10000m race. This earned him a 12th place finish in the first heat of the day, 61st overall.
 
 Kevin Mengich was the second Patriot to make the trip this weekend. Mengich took to the starting line for the 5k and finished with a new personal best time of 16:04.56. He finished 20th in the third heat of the day.
 
Cumberlands is set to host their first home meet of the year next weekend. This two-day event is set to begin Friday, April 8th at noon.
