Bowling Green, KY – Eight Patriots earned Mid-South academic all-conference honors for their work in the classroom this year, conference officials announced Friday morning. Jeremy Wolf represented Cumberlands on the champions of character team for his work this season as well.
 
Nicolas Cecioni has earned these honors for the third year in a row while Leonardo Daley, Gannon Couch, Carson Johnson, Jaylen Clements, Lucas Lambo, and Devin Bowling were all named for the second straight season. Kyle Woodward rounds out the Patriots on this list with his first career academic honors.
 
Freed-Hardeman led the MSC with 14 honorees in front of Georgetown and Thomas More who placed 11 and nine athletes on this list. Cumberlands and Campbellsville tied at fourth with eight recipients each.
 
In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter.
 
Jeremy Wolf earned a spot on the champions of character team for UC. The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA.
 
The Patriots are set to compete in the MSC Outdoor Championship this Sunday and Monday. This meet is being hosted in Williamsburg, KY at their home track.
