Bowling Green, KY- Five Patriots women's golfers were named to the Mid-South Conference Academic All-Conference team, the league office announced on Friday. 
 
For Cumberlands, Viviane Braun, Jordan Comer, Morgan Owens-Lewis, Savannah Prigmore , and Kaley Wells all earned academic honors. 
 
For Braun, Prigmore, and Wells, it's the third time during their Patriots career that they've received the recognition. For Comer and Owens-Lewis, it's their second time during their Cumberlands career that they have received the honors. In-order to receive the award, the student-athlete must be of sophomore status and maintain a 3.25 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.  
 
In addition to securing academic all-conference, Braun was named the Champion of Character for the Patriots. Braun received the award for her demonstration of leadership at Cumberlands and in the Williamsburg community. 

UC began MSC Tournament play today in Bowling Green, KY. Players were set to tee off at 9:30 a.m. EST, with two rounds being played on Monday.
