Bowling Green, KY- Emily Allen, Maria Neira, Elena Hortian, and Sharon Holczer all finish within the top-20 to secure fourth place for the UC women's golf team at the MSC Tournament Championship. The Patriots carded a third round score of 322 (+34) to hold tight to fourth place after day two of the tournament.

Leading the way for Cumberlands was Neira, who finished in second after day two of the tournament. On the day, the freshman recorded nine pars and three birdies to combine for a third round score of 75 (+3). Neira's 54 hole score of 223 (+7) is her lowest score so far this season.

Sharon Holczer improved on day two of the tournament to earn a top-15 at the tournament. The Caracas, Miranda native carded a third round score of 81 (+9) to finish tied for 15th on the individual leaderboard. Holczer got off to a hot start on day two, as she started the day with a birdie on her very first hole. This is the third straight tournament that Holczer has finished inside the top-25 in the individual leaderboard.

Allen shot an 82 (+10) on day two to earn a share of 17th place overall in Bowling Green. The freshman recorded 10 pars on day two to finish in the top-20 of the MSC Championship. Allen finished with a combined 54 hole score of 241 (+25), which is one of her lowest tournament scores so far this spring.

Elena Hortian remained hot on day two of the tournament to earn a share of 17th on the individual leaderboard. Hortian's best round of the tournament came on day one, as she carded nine pars and three birdies to finish with a 75 (+3) on the round.

Braun finished in 27th place overall on the individual leaderboard at the MSC Tournament Championship. The senior recorded her best round on day one to help remain inside the top-30 at the conclusion of the tournament. On the tournament, the Wegberg, Germany native recorded 28 pars and a birdie to finish with a 54 hole score of 247 (+31).

This tournament marks the last of the 2021-2022 season for the Patriots Women's Golf Team.
