The Patriots women's bowling team competed in their 2021-22 campaign where they found success throughout the season. They rounded out the year with a third place finish at the Mid-South Conference Championships.
YEAR IN NUMBERS

UC had three All-Conference honorees for their performance throughout the season.
Kiara Abanto,
Allysen Coryell, and
Mickayla Shannon were the three Patriots that earned these honors this year. Abanto was named Second-Team All-Conference this year, and has earned conference honors the last two seasons as well. Coryell earned her second straight First-Team nomination while Shannon also earned her second First-Team Conference honors of her career.

Cumberlands put up a strong effort in every competition this season, notching seven top-ten finishes on the year. Their highest placing of third occurred at two different MSC events, the MSC Cincinnati Classic, and the MSC Championships at the end of the year.

Mickayla Shannon posted the best individual performance of the season with a fifth-place finish at the MSC Cincinnati Classic this winter. Shannon earned all-tournament team honors with a total pinfall of 1722 through nine games. Her average score was 191.3 per game, the best of the year for the senior.

Four Patriots excelled in the classroom as well as the lanes this year also.
Kerrigan Welch,
Kiara Abanto,
Allysen Coryell, and
Emma Layman all garnered Academic All-Conference honors. Welch earns these honors for the fourth season in a row, while Abanto, Coryell, and Layman were all named for the second straight season. Â
