No. 24 Patriots Fall to No. 10 Blue Raiders

Box Score Columbia, KY – The No. 24 Cumberlands women's tennis team fell to #10 Lindsey Wilson 7-0 on Monday.

The Blue Raiders opened the day by sweeping doubles play to take the early 1-0 lead.

Eva Cancarevic battled at #2 singles, dropping a highly contested 7-6 first set, before falling 6-3 in the second set.

Blanca Lopez also battled at the #5 spot, forcing two competitive sets. Lopez ultimately fell 6-4, 6-4.

The Patriots return to action on Wednesday, March 27th, hosting Lewis & Clark at the UC Tennis Complex.
