Smyrna, TN – The University of the Cumberlands men's bowling team competed at the MSC Brandon Burns Memorial on Sunday, finishing tenth with a total pinfall of 5,526.

Cody Lumpkins led the way for the Patriots, placing eighth overall with 909 pins across four games for a 227.25 average. Lumpkins opened with a 225 before posting a 243 in his second game. He closed out the day with his highest score of 246 in the fourth game.

Jared Lucas followed with a 23rd-place finish, totaling 885 pins and a 221.25 average. Lucas recorded his highest game of 266 in the third round, while also adding a 226 in the opening game.

Owen McClure finished 26th overall with 883 pins and a 220.75 average. McClure finished strong, recording a 259 in the third game before closing with a 257.

Jackson Roberts added 604 pins across three games for a 201.33 average, finishing 123rd overall. Trent Smallwood totaled 507 pins across three games, while Andrew Ketron rounded out the Patriots' individual performances with 345 pins across two games.

As a team, Cumberlands recorded 4,133 pins during four traditional games, highlighted by a team-high 1,091 in the third game. The Patriots added 1,393 pins across eight Baker games to finish with 5,526.
