Biography

As a Graduate Student (2023-24) ... NAIA All-American Second Team, MSC First Team All-Conference, Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete, MSC Academic All-Conference, MSC Bowler of the Week (2x) ... Opened the season by winning the Welcome Back Tournament where she knocked down 1895 pins over nine games for an average of 210.56.  Also captured the MSC Women's Singles Championship, knocking down 652 pins in 3 games. Placed fourth at the Lynne Jordan Memorial where she had a total pinfall of 1089 through five games for a 217.8-pin average. Abanto became the program's first two-time NAIA All-American

As a Senior (2022-23) ... NAIA All-American Honorable Mention, MSC First Team All-Conference, Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete, MSC Academic All-Conference ... 
Started the season earning her second career win at Crossroads League 1 where she knocked down 821 pins over four games with an average of 205.25. Finished fourth at the MSC Lynne Jordan Memorial with a total pinfall of 1072 through five games for a 214.4-pin average. On the season, knocked down 11,033 pins over 57 games for a season average of 193.56.

As a Sophomore (2020-21)... MSC First Team All-Conference... Best finish of the season was 2nd at the Cincinnati Collegiate Classic where she knocked down a total of 1,854 pins over nine games with an average of 206 pins. Finished 5th overall at the MSC Pre-Season Fall Invitational after she hit a total of 705 pins with an average of 176.2 pins over four games. Took 9th place at the Tomas Burris Memorial after knocking down 997 pins across five games. On the season, led the Patriots in total pins hit with 4,476 and in per game average with 194.6. Best game of the season was 245 pins at the Cincinnati Collegiate Classic. 

As a Freshman (2019-20)… MSC Second Team All-Conference… David Dhamns Sportsmanship Award… Bowled Varsity for the Patriots in eight tournaments. Won her first career individual tournament along with All-Tournament honors bowling a 1,068 at the Thomas Burris Memorial Tournament. Third-place finish at the Eagle Classic bowling a 944. Bowled over 1,000 twice at the Thomas Burris Memorial Tournament and the Cincinnati Classic. Bowled an average of 184.5 through 39 games, second highest on the team.
