As a junior (2022) ... MSC Academic All-Conference ... Indoor: Second Team All-Conference (600, 4x400), Third Team All-Conference (DMR). Season best 600m time of 1:38.74 at the MSC Championships, finishing second. Season best 800m time of 2:29.19 at the Camel City Invitational. Season best 4x400 time of 4:09.19 at the MSC Championships, placing second. Placed third in the DMR at the MSC Championships. Outdoor: First Team All-Conference (4x800), Second Team All-Conference (4x400). Career best 200m time of 26.20 at the MSC Championships. Career best 400m time of 59.20 at the MSC Championships, placing fourth. Placed second in the 4x400 at MSC Championship with a 4:01.43, and first int he 4x800 with a 9:34.35 time. 

As a sophomore (2020) ... MSC Academic All-Conference, Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete ... Indoor: Career best in the 600 meters of 1:43.50 set at the MSC Championship, placing third. Three times ran on the 4x400 meter relay, best combined time of 4:05.22 set at the MSC Championships placing third. Outdoor: First Team All-Conference (4x800). Season best 400H time of 1:07.13, placing fourth at the MSC Championships. 

As a freshman (2019) ... Indoor: Second-Team All-MSC, NAIA National Qualifier ... 400 meters season best of 1:02.65 at the Vanderbilt Open ... Placed third in the 600 meters at the MSC Championships with a time of 1:44.30 ... Ran 11.94 seconds in the 60 hurdles at the Vanderbilt Opener ... Led 4x400 meter relay to season best time of 3:57.72 at the NAIA Championships, placing 13th overall and previously second at the MSC Championships ... Outdoor: 3x Second Team All-MSC ... 400 meter hurdles season best of 1:07.14 at the Montreat Invitational, later finishing second at the MSC Championships ... Led 4x400 meter relay to a season best time of 3:58.52 at the MSC Championships, placing second ... Led 4x800 meter relay team to second place finish with a combined time of 10:20.29 at the MSC Championships ... High jump season best of 1.43 meters cleared at the MSC Championships, placing eighth.
