As a senior (2024-25)... Indoor: MSC Second Team All-Conference... Competed at five meets in the 3000m and 5000m. Placed ninth in the 3000m at NAIA Indoor Nationals. Finished second in the 3000m and 5000m at the Mid-South Indoor Championship. Outdoor: Competed at one meet in the 5000m. Placed first with a time of 15:24.45 at the Gordon Bocock Cumberlands Invitational. 

As a junior (2023-24) ... Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Competed at six meets in the 800m, 1500m, and 5000m runs. Clocked a new 5K PR time of 15:13.30 at the Lee University Fast Break. Placed fourth in the 1500m at the MSC Championships with a 4:03.10 finish. 

As a sophomore (2022-23) ... MSC Academic All-Conference ... Indoor: Second-Team All-Conference (DMR): Competed in four meets, running the Mile, 3000m, and DMR. Clocked a PR time of 4:26.88 in the mile at the Ashland-Jud Logan Light Giver Open. Ran the fastest 3K of the season in 8:48.84 at the MSC Championships for seventh. Part of the DMR squad that paced a 10:29.12 finish for second at MSC's. Placed eighth in the mile at MSC's as well with a 4:28.43. Outdoor: Competed in five meets, running the 800m, 1500m, and 5K. Ran a PR time of 15:30.77 in the 5K at the WashU Distance Carnival. Clocked a 4:01.07 1500m PR at the MSC Championships.
