As a junior (2024-25)... Daktronics-NAIA Honors Scholar... MSC Academic All-Conference... Indoor: MSC Runner of the Week (1/27)... Competed at seven meets in the 600m, 800m, mile, 1.0 mile race walk, 1500m race walk, and 3000m race walk. Finished first in the 3000RW at the JDL Flat Is Fast Invitational. Finished second in the 3000RW at the Mid-South Indoor Championship. Outdoor: Did not compete.
As a sophomore (2023-24) ... Daktronics Scholar Athlete, Academic All-Conference ... Indoor: National Champion (3K RW), NAIA Qualifier (4x800), First-Team All-Conference (3K RW), Third-Team All-Conference (DMR) ... Competed in seven meets in the 800m, 1000m, 3000m Racewalk, 4x800, DMR. Won the NAIA National 3K RW with a PR 12:56.89 finish. Part of the 4x800 relay team that ran a 7:48.93 for 13th at NAIA Indoor Nationals. Clocked a 10:24.59 as part of the DMR team that finished third at MSC Indoor Championships. Ran a 2:35.08 PR in the 1K at the Commonwealth College Opener. Outdoor: National Champion (5K RW), First-Team All-Conference (5K RW) ... Competed at seven meets in the 800m, 1500m, and 5000m Racewalk. Clocked PR's in each event including a 1:58.41 in the 800m, a 4:05.59 1500m, and 21:54.28 5K RW finish. Won the NAIA 5K RW championship with a 22:08.39 finish. Placed first in the 5K RW at the MSC Championships and eighth in the 1500m with his personal best time as well.
As a freshman (2023) ... Indoor: Second-Team All-Conference (DMR), Third-Team All-Conference (4x800): Competed in five meets, running the 600m, 800m, 1000m, Mile, 4x800m, and DMR. Ran a best 1000m time of 2:44.68 at the MSC Championships for tenth place. Helped the DMR squad finish second with a 10:29.12 finish, and the 4x800 relay team finish third with an 8:21.93 finish at the MSC Championships. Outdoor: Competed in six meets, running the 800m, 1500m, 3K steeplechase, and 400H. Ran season best 3K steeple time of 10:06.20 at the MSC Championships, placing ninth. Season best 400H performance of 1:00.41 at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight, placing tenth.
