As a sophomore (2024-25)...  Indoor: NAIA All-American... MSC First Team All-Conference, MSC Second Team All-Conference... Competed at six meets in the 3000m, 5000m, and DMR. Finished third in the 5K at NAIA Indoor Nationals with a personal record of 35:28:19. Finished first in the DMR at the Mid-South Indoor Championship with a 12:09:62. Set a personal best in the 3K with a 9:51:31 at the Music City Challenge for a 26th place finish... Outdoor: MSC Runner of the Week (4/21)... NAIA All-American... MSC Second Team All-Conference... Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete... MSC Academic All-Conference... Competed at six meets in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10,000m. Clocked a personal best time of 35:28:19 in the 10K at the Raleigh Relays to open the season. Placed fifth in the 10K at the NAIA Outdoor Championships with a 35:32:03. Finished 7th in the 5K with a 17:15:25. Finished 10th at the Lee University Last Chance in the 1500m with a personal best of 4:37:98. 

As a freshman (2023-24) ... Academic All-Conference ... Indoor: National Runner-Up (5K), NAIA Qualifier (3K), MSC Freshman OTY, First-Team All-Conference (3K, 5K), Third-Team All-Conference (Mile) ... Competed at six meets in the Mile, 3000m, 5000m, and 4x800. Finished second in the 5K at NAIA Indoor Nationals. Clocked season best times in the mile and 3K at the Music City Challenge with times of 5:04.82 and a school record of 9:56.13. Recorded a PR in the 5K with another school record time of 16:58.76 for seventh at the GVSU Holliday Open. Won the 3K and 5K at the MSC Championships and placed third in the mile, earning MSC Freshman of the Year honors. Outdoor: National Champion (10K), All-American (5K), MSC Freshman OTY, First-Team All-Conference (1500m, 10K) ... Competed at five meets in the 1500m, 5K, and 10K. Won the 10K at the NAIA Outdoor Championships to become the first Outdoor National Champion in program history. Finished fourth in the 5K for All-American honors as well. Clocked season best and school record 10K finish of 35:38.40 and 1500m finish of 4:38.06. Won both the 1500m and 10K at the MSC Championships for MSC Freshman of the Year honors. Ran an outdoor school record 5K time of 17:11.36 at the Virginia Challenge.
