Dev Sivam enters his fourth season as the Assistant Coach to the Men's and Women's Tennis teams. During his tenure with the Patriots, Sivam has coached 18 Mid-South Conference selections, seven NAIA All-Americans, four ITA Singles champions, four ITA Doubles champions, and an overall record of 51-44 between the men's and women's programs.
Sivam is an alumnus of Cumberlands, playing under Head Coach Tan from 2013-2017. He served as a student assistant coach during his senior year before being hired on to Tan's staff upon his graduation in 2017.
Sivam earned a Master's in Strategic Management from Cumberlands in 2020 and is now working towards a doctoral degree in business administration from Cumberlands.
