Also helped UC win the MSC Championship in the distance medley relay ... Posted a season-best time of 14:13.24 in the 5000m at the NAIA Indoor National Championships. Outdoor: NAIA National Champion (10,000m), NAIA All-American (5000m) ... Helped the Patriots win the NAIA Outdoor National Championship team title ... Won the NAIA National Championship in the 10,000m with a time of 29:50.28 and earned All-American honors in the 5000m with an eighth-place finish ... As a sophomore (2024-25) ... NAIA Daktronics Scholar Athlete, Academic All-Conference ... Indoor: National Champion (5K), Second-Team All-Conference (DMR) ... Competed at five meets in the 3K, 5K, and DMR. Won the 5K at NAIA Indoor Nationals with a school record time of 14:06.19. Placed second in the DMR at the MSC Championships with a 10;03.45 finish. Clocked an 8:24.24 3K as well. Outdoor:  National Champion (10K), NAIA Qualifier (5K) ... Competed at three meets in the 5K and 10K. Won the 10K at NAIA Outdoor Nationals for his second individual national championship of the year. Clocked a school record and top-five time int he history of the NAIA with a 29:01.53 10K at the Raleigh Relays. 

As a freshman (2023-24) ... Indoor: All-American (5K) ... Competed at five meets in the 3000m and 5000m runs. Clocked a season best 3K of 8:23.25 at the Bellarmine Open and a 5K best of 14:29.73 at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic. Finished fourth in the 3K and 5K at the MSC Championships. Won the prelim 5K at NAIA Nationals, and placed third overall in the 5K finals at nationals. Outdoor: NAIA All-American (10K), NAIA Qualifier (5K), Second Team All-Conference (5K, 10K) ... Competed at four meets in the 5000m and 10000m. Clocked a 10K PR of 29:57.91 at the Raleigh Relays. Finished fifth in the 10K at NAIA Nationals behind a 30:30.53 finish. Finished second in the 5K and 10K at the MSC Championships, and finished 27th in the 5K at NAIA Nationals.
