As a sophomore (2024-25)... NAIA All-American... MSC First Team All-Conference... Indoor: MSC Runner of the Week (2/10)... MSC Field Athlete of the Week (1/20)... Broke three school records in the 60m at 7.51, 200m at 24.20, and long jump at 5.91m... Competed at nine meets in the long jump, 60m, 200m, 400m, distance medley relay, and 4x400m. Placed second in long jump with a personal best 5.91m at NAIA Indoor Championships. Also placed fourth in the 200m and eighth in the 60m. Outdoor: NAIA All-American.. MSC First Team All-Conference... MSC Second Team All-Conference... MSC Runner of the Week (4/29)... MSC Runner of the Week (3/31, 4/14, 4/21)... Broke four school records in the 100m at 11.89, 200m at 23.83, long jump at 5.85m, and 4x100m relay at 46.05... Competed at nine meets in long jump,100m, 200m, 400m, and 4x100m. Placed third in the 4x100m at NAIA Outdoor Nationals, seventh in the 200m, and nineth in long jump. Clocked a personal best 23.83 in the 200m at the CMU Invite for a first place finish.
As a freshman (2023-24) ... Indoor: NAIA Qualifier (400m), Third-Team All-Conference (400m) ... Competed at six meets in the 60m, 200m, 300m, 400m, and the 4x400. Broke the school record in the 200m 300m and 400m with finishes of 25.35, 41.51, and 57.18. Placed 18th in the 400m at the NAIA Indoor Championships with the school record 57.18 time. Finished third in the 400m and fourth in the 200m at the MSC Indoor Championships. Clocked a season best 60m time of 7.93 at the Bellarmine Open. Outdoor: All-American (LJ), NAIA Qualifier 200m, 4x100), Third-Team All-Conference (4x100) ... Competed at eight meets in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100, 4x400, and the long jump. Broke school records in the 100m, 200m, 4x100, and LJ. Leaped 5.84m in the LJ for sixth-place and All-American honors at the NAIA Outdoor Championships. Clocked a 12.37 100m finish for third at the Montreat College Open. Ran a 24.44 200m time at the NAIA Outdoor Championships for 20th. Finished 22nd in the 4x100 at NAIA Nationals as well. Broke the school record in the 4x100 with a 47.72 at the Lee Last Chance Meet. Placed third int he 4x100 at the MSC Championships as well.
