James Overholser

Coach Overholser enters his fourth full season as an assistant coach for the University of the Cumberlands Cross Country and Track & Field programs after joining the staff prior to the 2023-24 season. A former Patriot student-athlete, Overholser works primarily with the distance and race walk athletes and has helped guide Cumberlands to multiple NAIA team national championships while coaching dozens of All-Americans and national champions.
