As a senior (2023) ... Daktronics Scholar Athlete, Academic All-Conference ... Indoor: NAIA Qualifier (RW), Second-Team All-Conference (RW): Competed in the 3K racewalk at four meets. Clocked new personal best time of 16:46.84 for second at the MSC Championships. Placed ninth at the NAIA National Championships with a 16:48.41 finish. Outdoor: NAIA Qualifier (RW), First-Team All-Conference (RW): Competed in the 5K racewalk at four meets. Career best time of 28:56.04 at the MSC Championships, placing first. Placed 11th at the NAIA National Championships as well. 

As a junior (2022) ... MSC Academic All-Conference. Indoor: Second Team All-Conference (RW), NAIA Qualifier (RW). Season best 3000m racewalk time of 18:35.96 at the MSC Championships, placing second. Season best 1000m time of 3:41.75 at the Kentucky College Invitational, placing ninth. Placed 16th at NAIA Nationals in the 3000m racewalk. Outdoor: Second Team All-Conference (RW). Season best 5000m racewalk time of 30:43.08 at the Rio Grande Last Chance Meet. Placed second at the MSC Championships with a time of 31:41.15.

As a sophomore (2020) ... MSC Academic All-Conference, Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete ... Indoor: Season best in the 5,000 meters of 19:48.30 set at the GVSU Holiday Open, later eighth at the MSC Championships with a time of 19:57.49. Season best in the 3,000 meters of 11:20.75. Ran 5:55.23 in the mile at the MSC Championships.

As a freshman (2019) ... Indoor: Ran 5:40.78 in the mile at the UIndy Distance Classic ... 3,000 meters season best of 11:12.92 at the Camel City Invitational, placing sixth at the MSC Championships ... Ran 19:45.08 in the 5,000 meters at the MSC Championships, placing fourth ... Outdoor: Second-Team All-MSC ... Season best in the 1,500 meters of 5:16.75 at the Cumberlands Invitational ... Season best in the 5,000 meters of 19:56.75 at the MSC Championships, placing fifth ... Placed fifth in the 10,000 meters with a time of 42:36.41 at the MSC Championships ... Led 4x800 meter relay team to a second-place finish at the MSC Championships with a combined time of 10:20.29.
