Nicolas Grandperrin earned male player of the week honors after winning two MSC titles and hitting three NAIA national standards on the week.  He started the week at the MSC Indoor Championship where he won the 1,000 meter run with a time of 2:29.30.  That time is ranked eighth in the NAIA this season.  Grandperrin posted a runner-up finish in the 3,000 before teaming up with JP Wagoner, Garrett Hadaway and Jacob England to win the Distance Medley Relay.  He followed that up by hitting an “A” cut in the 3,000 and a “B” cut in the 800 at the JDL Invite.  Grandperrin recorded a career-best time of 8:39.29 in the 3,000 before clocking a 1:56.49 in the 800.  He has national cuts in four events this season.
