Columbia, KY – UC Women's Basketball were plagued late in the contest by free throws as the NAIA 21st ranked Blue Raiders of Lindsey Wilson College would pull away for a 70-62 win over the Patriots. UC shot over 47% from the floor in the first half, including nearly 58% in the second quarter to trail by just two at the half. Although UC went 19-22 from the charity stripe in the game, LWC went 28-35 from the line including 12-14 in the final ten minutes to come away victorious over UC.
