th-ranked UC women's tennis team won two doubles and four singles matches to defeat 24
th-ranked Olivet Nazarene 6-3 Tuesday morning. With the win the Patriots improve to 4-32, while the Tigers move to 4-3.

Tomomi Nagao extend their win streak to five straight after posting an 8-3 win at #1 doubles and give UC a 1-0 lead. The Patriots extend their lead as
Tessa Gray partners with
Grace Steely for an 8-2 win over Amanda Eberly and Jovana Parlic at #2 doubles. The Tigers posted an 8-5 win at #3 doubles to cut UC's lead to 2-1 heading into singles play.
Luka Lyttle defeated Eberly 6-0, 6-1 at #4 singles for her first win of the season and extends the lead to 3-1. Steely, Gray, and
Mikaela Fros each notched a straight set wins at #5, #6, and #3 singles to give Cumberlands a 6-1 advantage. The Tigers scored back-to-back points at #1 and #2 singles for the 6-3 final.
The Patriots will return to the court Wednesday, March 20, as they host Lindsey Wilson in their Mid-South Conference opener. The match is slated for 1 p.m. at the UC Tennis Complex.
