Bowling Green, KY – Seven athletes from the University of the Cumberlands men's track and field team earned Mid-South Conference Academic All-Conference honors, announced by the conference office on Wednesday.

Nicolas Grandperrin,
Dylan Hopkins,
Keaton Logan,
Sam Martin,
Justin Moore and
Jacob Washburn make up the seven Patriots out of the 34 athletes from the conference earning this honor. Cumberlands and Georgetown both led the MSC with seven representitives apiece.
In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved at least sophomore academic status. Community Trust Bank is the proud sponsor of the Mid-South Conference Academic Award program.
The starting gun will go off at 8:00 AM tomorrow, April 26, to begin the 10,000-meter run finals and officially begin the MSC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. UC hosts the event this year at the James H. Taylor, II Stadium. Action on Saturday will begin at 8:00 AM with the 5,000-meter race walk.
