Williamsburg, KY – The UC men's and women's bowling teams have released their schedule for the 2021-2022 season, Head Coach Kevin Reigle announced Friday. The Patriots will compete in eight regular season tournaments before their MSC Championship in February.
 
The women's team start their season at the MSC Bowling Green Baker Shootout, where they will get their first look at the competition within the conference next weekend on September 25^th and 26^th. The men will compete in the same tournament the following weekend, October 2^nd and 3^rd. This marks the second year in a row UC will compete in this event.  
 
The Patriots head to Indianapolis two weeks later on the weekend of the 16^th for the Columbia 300 Shootout, where they will see their first non-conference action.  This will mark Cumberlands first time competing in this event. UC is back in action the next weekend in Louisville competing in the MSC Lynne Jordan Memorial on Saturday the 23^rd and the MSC Thomas Burris memorial on Sunday the 24^th.  The men placed first in the Burris Memorial tournament last year, and look to do the same this season.
 
UC will round out their fall schedule on November 6^th and 7^th at the Brunswick Southern Collegiate Classic in Marietta, GA. The Patriots are no stranger to this meet as they have attended six of the last eight seasons.
 
January is an action packed month for the Patriots as they have tournaments three weekends in a row. UC will start this stretch in Smyrna, TN at the MSC Brandon Burns Memorial on the 8^th and 9^th. They will then travel north to Illinois for the Kegel ISPBA Midwest Collegiate Classic on the weekend of the 15^th. The Patriots will wrap up their regular season on January 22^nd and 23^rd in Cincinnati at the MSC Cincinnati Classic.  The women placed third in this event last year, and look to improve upon their success this season.
 
The Mid-South Conference Championship is a three day event slated for February 10^th – 12^th in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Both the men and women look to improve off their performances last season, and have a good showing at the conference this year.
