Williamsburg, KY- 20^th ranked Patriots end the regular season with a 57-0 win over 18^th ranked Thomas More Saints. UC had three falls and five forfeit wins en route to the victory on senior night.

The dual started 18-0 as Chandlar Akins (125), Austin Franco (133), and Pasqual Velasquez (141) all notched forfeit wins.

The day's first match was the 149 bout with Gage Hudson taking on Taijon Span. Hudson notched a takedown and four-point near fall in his first action of the season. In the second period, Hudson chose bottom and got an escape followed by another takedown. In the final period, he picked up his third takedown with a penalty point and riding time point for the 13-0 major decision win.

In the 157 bout, James Dosado notched a fall in 2:44 over Joseph Hunt. Before the fall Dosado had two takedowns and an escape. Charlie Friedenreich followed that match with a fall in the 165 matchup. It only took Friedenreich 30 seconds to take down Zavier Campsey.

Tobias Garrison (174) and Harold Gilmore (184) picked up wins by forfeit. Then in the 197 bout, Thomas Ketchen-Carter took on Zachary Watson.  Ketchen-Carter notched two early takedowns then a third that led to a fall win in 1:48. In the final match of the night Seth Whitlock took on Ian Daugherty.  Whitlock notched a takedown and a four-point near fall as time expired in the first period. In the second period, he got another takedown that led to two four-point near falls. The match ended in the second period as Whitlock got the 16-0 tech fall win.

In addition to tonight's win the Patriots honored their seven seniors.  Chasen Brown, Truman Galusha, Tobias Garrison, Harold Gilmore,  Zackary Malone, Sam Morris, and Seth Whitlock.  Cumberlands ended the season with an 8-10 record and a 5-2 record in conference duals. UC will return to the mat on Friday, February 17^th in Bowling Green, KY for the Mid-South Conference Tournament.
