The Patriots extended their lead early in the second half, as Sokolove put a beautiful corner kick into the box, where Madison Long headed it into the net for her second collegiate goal.  Two minutes later Sokolove sent a ball to the front post, where it deflected off the keeper before Soto connected for her first goal of the season to make it a 4-0 lead. On the next Patriot possession, Ose played the ball forward to Saldivar, who sent it into the box for Soto to finish completing her brace.

Cumberlands struck again later in the half with three goals in a three-minute span. Ose sent a strong ball forward to Robertson, who took one touch before sliding the ball into the goal.  Ines Martin Garcia De La Torre converted a penalty kick, before Saldivar netted her first collegiate goal with a header off a cross from Robertson.  Robertson closed out scoring with her second multi-goal game of the year.
