Williamsburg, KY – The #19 UC Women's Tennis team dropped a contest to #3 Lindsey Wilson, 4-0, Saturday afternoon on senior day.

The Blue Raiders jumped out to an early 1-0 lead after taking the first two doubles matches to secure the point.

Lindsey Wilson continued that momentum in singles play, winning the next three matches at the #1, #3, and #6 spots to clinch the overall team victory.

Bryndis Rosa fought hard in her match at #6 singles. Rosa opened with a 6-2 win in game one before dropping the next two.

The rest of the match was left unfinished.

UC will be back in action on Thursday April 17th as they hit the road to McKenzie, TN to take on Bethel.
