Williamsburg, KY – The Cumberlands Athletic Department continues to stay at the forefront of the NAIA providing its student-athletes with NIL opportunities. As part of their commitment to that endeavor, the Patriots have partnered with Influxer, the athletic department announced Monday. 
 
The partnership with Influxer is another effort by UC Athletics to make sure Patriots student-athletes are able to be compensated off of their name, image and likeness.  

"This partnership with Influxer ensures that we continue to give our student-athletes the opportunity to be at the forefront of the NIL landscape within the NAIA," said Athletic Director Chris Kraftick. 
 
Influxer VP, Keith Miller stated about the partnership, "Influxer is excited to work with University of the Cumberlands because (Assistant Athletic Director) Sam Lee and the administration understand not only the immediate benefits of working with us, but also the long-term resources for their student-athletes. NIL is not simply transactional, but an opportunity which Influxer wants to further into the development process for their student-athletes."

Influxer was founded in 2022 and is licensed with over 500 universities across the U.S. Their mission is to help all student-athletes navigate NIL by presenting income opportunities, providing professional education, and supporting a future beyond collegiate athletics with values based on excellence, community, inclusivity, integrity, passion and sustainability.
