BOWLING GREEN, KY – The Mid-South Conference announced its 2025-26 Men's Basketball All-Conference honors Thursday afternoon, and Cumberlands placed three Patriots on the All-MSC teams. Kyle Duke and Andrew McConnell were named First Team All-Conference selections, while Brant Smithers earned Second Team All-MSC honors.

Duke earns First Team All-Conference recognition after leading the Patriots in scoring at 20.7 points per game during the regular season, ranking 18th in the NAIA. The senior guard shot 48.6 percent from the field, 43.3 percent from three, and 88.7 percent from the free-throw line while adding 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. In conference play, Duke averaged 20.4 points and 5.1 rebounds, consistently serving as the offensive engine for the Patriots.
 
McConnell joins Duke on the First Team after averaging 13.1 points and a team-high 2.6 assists per game while shooting 43.8 percent from the field and 39.0 percent from three. The senior guard finished the regular season with 67 made three-pointers and was a key facilitator in UC's 14-1 start and strong home performance. In MSC games, McConnell averaged 12.8 points and 4.4 rebounds per contest.
 
Smithers earns Second Team All-Conference honors following a strong season off the bench and in spot starts. The junior guard averaged 11.5 points per game and led the team with 70 made three-pointers, shooting 39.3 percent from beyond the arc. In conference play, Smithers elevated his production to 12.3 points per game while shooting 40.8 percent from three.
 
Cumberlands finished the regular season 22-6 overall and 7-5 in Mid-South Conference play, ranking among the top offensive teams in the league at 86.1 points per game while holding opponents to 73.6. The Patriots placed at least three players on the MSC All-Conference team for the second consecutive season.
 
Cumberlands now turns its attention to the Mid-South Conference Tournament, where the Patriots will take on Cumberland University on Sunday evening. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:30 PM ET.
