Bowling Green, KY – Two members of the University of the Cumberlands Women's Bowling team earned All-Conference recognition, as conference officials announced the 2026 Mid-South Conference postseason awards. Paige Frantz and Kailee Blain were both named to the MSC Second Team All-Conference list.

Frantz, a senior from Louisville, KY, earns Second Team All-Conference honors for the third time in her career. She has enjoyed another strong season for the Patriots, highlighted by several top finishes in conference competition.

Earlier this season, Frantz was named MSC Bowler of the Week after capturing the individual title at the DO Apparel/Brunswick Collegiate Open. She totaled 639 pins across three games for a 213.0-pin average, highlighted by a 248 in game two. Frantz also led the way for UC at the Mid-South Conference Thomas N. Burris Memorial Tournament, earning All-Tournament Team honors after placing sixth overall. She knocked down 825 pins over four games for a 206.3-pin average, including a 236 in the opening game.

Blain, a sophomore from Louisville, KY, earned All-Conference honors for the first time in her career following a breakout campaign. Her best performance of the season came at the Columbia 300 Western Shootout, where she placed third overall out of 228 bowlers. Blain totaled 1,274 pins across six games for a 212.3-pin average. Frantz also had a strong showing at the event, finishing eighth with 1,217 pins for a 202.8-pin average.

Blain continued her success at the Mid-South Conference Lynne Jordan Memorial Tournament, placing 13th overall with a total pinfall of 794 pins across four games for a 198.5-pin average. Her best score of the tournament came in the fourth game, where she rolled a 235.

Both Frantz and Blain will look to lead the Patriots on day two of the Mid-South Conference Tournament.
