Miller and Preciado-Meza Earn All-American Honors at NAIA Championships

Wichita, Kan. – The #12 University of the Cumberlands women's wrestling team recorded 39 points to finish 12th at the 2026 NAIA Women's Wrestling National Championship Saturday at Heartland Credit Union Arena. The Patriots had two wrestlers earn NAIA All-American honors as Micah Fisher-Miller and Saiheron Preciado-Meza each secured seventh-place finishes in their respective weight classes. 

Fisher-Miller notched a seventh-place finish in the 160-pound bracket after earning a fall over #7 Darby Weidl (Ottawa) in the placing match. Fisher-Miller secured the pin at the 2:00 mark to close out her tournament and earn All-American honors. 

Preciado-Meza also captured seventh place in the 180-pound class. She sealed her All-American finish with a fall over #7 Autumn Perez (Missouri Valley) at the 1:38 mark in the seventh-place match. 

Life captured the 2026 NAIA Women's Wrestling National Championship with 165 points, while Grand View finished second with 145.5 points.
