As a junior (2023) ... Daktronics Scholar Athlete, Academic All-Conference ... Indoor: Competed in four meets, running the 3K and 5K. New personal best 3K came at the Bellarmine Open with a 8:57.87 finish. Placed fourth in the 5K at the MSC Championships with a time of 15:29.42. Finished eighth in the 3K as well. Outdoor: Second-Team All-Conference (10K): Competed in six meets, running the 800m, 1500m, 5K, and 10K. Career best 10K finish of 32:22.25 at the MSC Championships, placing second. New personal best of 15:27.03 in the 5K at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight. Set a pair of PR's at the UC Home Meet, running a 2:01.20 800m, and 4:07.38 1500m. 

As a sophomore (2022) ... Academic All-Conference... Indoor: Season best mile time of 4:38.08 at the Kentucky College Invitational, placing first. Season best 800m time of 2:04.01 at the Kentucky College Invitational, placing second. Season best 600m time of 1:30.14 at the Tiger Paw Classic, placing 14th. Season best 3000m finish of 9:16.09 at the MSC Championships, placing 14th. Season best 1000m time of 2:38.97 at the MSC Championships, placing seventh. Outdoor: Season best 5000m time of 15:47.05 at the Charlotte 49er Classic. Season best 10,000m finish of 32:30.62 at the Washington University Distance Carnival. Season best 1500m time of 4:12.55 at the UC Pepsi Invitational, placing second. Finished ninth in the 10,000m at the MSC Championships, placed 11th in the 5000m as well. 

As a freshman (2020) ... Indoor: First Team All-Conference (4x800), Paced 4:57.71 in his only appearance in the mile this season at the Tom Hathaway Distance Classic. Season best in the 3,000 meters of 9:46.46 set at the Camel City Invite. Season best in the 5,000 meters of 16:08.70 set at the Grand Valley Holiday Open. Led 4x800 meter relay team to a first place finish at the MSC Championships with a combined time of 8:23.15.
