As a Freshman (2023) ... NAIA All-American, NAIA Qualifier, First Team All-Conference, MSC Runner of the Week (10/9/23). Raced in five meets. Ran a personal best 8k time of 24:49.9 at the Greater Louisville Classic. This sits as the 16th fastest time in program history. Placed fourth at the MSC Championships and fifth at the Greater Louisville Classic. Rounded out the season pacing a 25:14.5 to finish 16th at the NAIA Championships.
