Dylan Sharpe enters his second year on the Patriots coaching staff after being hired in June 2023.
Coach Sharpe was a key part of UC's coaching staff that guided Cumberlands to a program-best 14 wins during the 2024 season, including an eight game win streak, which was the longest in program history. During the 2024 season, the Patriots advanced to semifinals of the NAIA National Tournament and recorded eight wins over teams that were ranked or receiving votes.
Prior to UC, Coach Sharpe began his coaching career at Keiser University where he was a student assistant coach during the 2023 campaign. That year the Seahawks went 17-1 en route to capturing their first NAIA Invitational title in program history. Sharpe was a four-year player at Keiser, appearing in 40 games, earning AAC Second Team All-Conference honors as a midfielder during the 2019 season.
