Ulysus Torres completed his second season as an assistant coach with the University of the Cumberlands Men's Soccer program in 2019, where he continues to oversee performance analysis and training.
In 2019, Torres helped coach the Patriots to the NAIA Tournament Opening Round for the first time in program history. Under his tutelage, the Patriots have noted a 17-12-5 overall record
Torres previously coached for Tualatin Hills United Soccer Club (THUSC), where he was a Sports Performance Specialist and also coached 02 Titanium Boys for THUSC. Torres also wrapped up a three-year playing career at George Fox University, followed by one year stint as volunteer assistant coach.
Before attending GFU, Torres was designated a prospective player by the Houston Dynamo Academy.
Torres graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance with a focus in Fitness Management from George Fox University in the fall of 2016.
While coaching at UC, Torres will be pursuing a Masters Degree in Health and Human Performance.
