As a senior (2024)... MSC First Team All-Conference... MSC First Team All-Conference ... MSC Academic All-Conference... Played in all 58 games... Hit .323 (53-164) with 18 extra base hits, 32 runs scored, and 40 RBIs... Posted a season-high four RBIs against Bethel (TN) University... Posted 18 walks on the season along with a .481 on base percentage. 

As a junior (2023) … NAIA Second Team All-American … NFCA First Team All-American … MSC First Team All-Conference … MSC Gold Glove … Played in 54 games, hit .364 (59-162), with 20 extra base hits, 35 runs scored, and 18 walks … Posted 19 multi-hit games, including going 4-4 with two doubles and a pair of run scored in the 14-4 win over Midway … Notched a 14 game hit streak early in the season … Tallied multiple RBI in 15 games, including four in the 13-0 win at Georgetown … Hit her first homer as a Patriot against IU South Bend with three of her five homers came in conference play … Added two triples on the year in the wins over Cleary and Cumberland … Tallied a 1.00 field percentage.

Prior to Cumberlands… Competed for East Tennessee State… Appeared in 42 games with 30 starts… In 2022, Concluded the season with a .157 average with 16 hits on the year, including five doubles, with nine RBIs … Finished the 2022 campaign with a .206 slugging clip and a .223 on-base percentage … Swiped six bags on the year and recorded 78 putouts and two assists … Notched a career-best three hits against Morehead State (Feb. 19) with a career-high RBIs (2) … Ended the year with a base knock in three of the final four games. In 2021, appeared at the plate four times, drawing one walk … Finished the year with 10 putouts and one assist … Concluded her freshman season with a .917 fielding percentage.

Lettered in both softball and volleyball at Cookeville HS … Two-time all-district in 2017 and 2018, while being named Offensive Player of the Year both seasons … Batted .500 during her high school career with 85 RBIs with 75 singles and 10 home runs … Posted a career .482 on-base percentage with 22 stolen bases … Two-time First Team All-District in volleyball … Had a strong 2019 campaign in volleyball, winning the blocking award, the serving award and posted the best hitting percentage on the team … Named to the USA Junior Olympic Volleyball Team.

Daughter of James and Christina Turnbow, Bailey is from Cookeville, TN. Chose UC because of the coaching staff and atmosphere.
