As a junior (2023) … MSC All-Conference Honorable Mention … Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete … MSC Academic All-Conference … Played in all 55 games … Hit .268 with 44 hits, 9 doubles, 17 RBI, and 29 stolen bases … Posted seven multi-hit games, including going 3-4 with two runs scored and a double in the 8-4 win over Bethel … Stole multiple bases in six games, including tallying three stolen bases in a game twice … Became UC’s all-time stolen base leader.

As a sophomore (2022) … MSC First Team All-Conference ... MSC Gold Glove … Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete … MSC Academic All-Conference … Played and started in 48 games in centerfield… Led the team in total bases with 84, slugging percentage with .549, runs (38),  triples (5), and sacrifice hits (5)…Tied for first on the team in doubles…Second in batting average (.346), hits, (53), stolen bases (39)… Third in walks (17),  home runs (3), RBI (27)…Defensively, had 67 putouts, and two assists with zero errors for a perfect fielding percentage of 1.000.
 
As a freshman (2021) ... CoSIDA Academic All-American... NFCA Second Team All-Region... NAIA-Daktronics Scholar Athlete... MSC First Team All-Conference... MSC Academic All-Conference... Started in right field in all 57 games... Had the fourth best batting average on the team with .340 off 52 hits... Had a team best 41 stolen bases, 64 runs, six triples and 34 walks... She broke the single season walk record... Went 2-3 against Martin Methodist with a home run and a double for her career best of four RBI... Longest hit streak of eight games, 13 games with multiple hits.. Stole five bases in a single game against Thomas More for a new single game record.

As a freshman (2020) ... Started at third base and outfield in all 20 games this season. Noted a .333 average on 12 hits through the first 10 games at the Grizzly Open and Bear Creek Classic, totaling 15 hits and a .234 average at the end of the year. Four hits for extra bases including two doubles, a bases-clearing three-RBI triple in game two against Rio Grande and a home run against Grace. Led team with 10 stolen bases on 10 attempts, three times stealing twice in a game, scoring a team-high 18 runs on the base path. Longest hit streak of six games, four games with multiple hits. Went 2-3 with two runs, two stolen bases and a run scored in game two against Reinhardt. Went 2-3 with two runs, one stolen base and a run scored against Grace.

Daughter of Jay and Keri Wood, Hailey is from McMinnville, TN… Chose UC because it felt like home the moment she got to campus… majoring in exercise and sport science with a minor in public health.
