As a sophomore (2022) … Pitched in one game, recording one inning in the circle against Coastal Georgia… Gave up five hits, five runs for an ERA of 35.00.
 
As a freshman (2021) ... Appeared in 18 games with one start for a 3-0 season record... Had the second best ERA on the team at 2.37 for 38.0 innings... Struck out 22 batters while only walking nine... Limited opposing hitters to a .250 batting average and 36 hits.

Daughter of Jeremy and Kelly Shope, Lindsey is from Williamsburg, KY… Chose UC because of the softball program and the friendly university.
