As a freshman (2021) ... First Team All-Conference... MSC Pitcher of the Week (4/26/21) (2/15/21) ... Compiled a record of 14-2 and led the UC pitching staff in nearly every statistical category including wins (14), innings pitched (107.2), strikeouts (97), ERA (2.09), saves (5), opponent batting average (.180) and WHIP (.83)... Burgess recorded her first career complete game no-hitter against Shawnee State on 4/23/21 where she struck out six batters... For her single season in the UC record books she ranks fifth in wins (14) and first in saves (5)... Burgess also ranks first in career ERA (2.09) and first in saves (5).
 
Personal
Daughter of Lisa and Jess Burgess, Talli is from Crandall, GA… Chose UC because of the endless opportunities and beautiful campus.
