Quentin Boric completed his third season for the Patriots in 2022. Since being added to the Patriots’ staff, Boric has contributed to three NAIA Tournament appearances, each of which led UC to the NAIA Final Site. In his most recent season, he helped UC advance to the Semi-Final round of the NAIA Tournament for the first time in program history. As the goalkeeper’s coach, Boric helped lead the team to 12 shutouts and his goalies finished the season with a GA% of 0.81. The Patriots competed against top-notch teams and finished the season with the second-best MRPI. They also capped off the year with a No. 3 ranking, the highest in program history.
During the 2021 season, Boric helped make program history by securing first place in shutouts (15). The Patriots' faced 14 ranked opponents during the season and finished the year with an overall record of 16-6-2. For only the second time in program history, UC finished the season ranked top-10.
In 2020, Boric was elevated from Graduate Assistant to Assistant Coach. Boric was instrumental in the program's most successful team to date. UC had a record of 18-2 and reached the NAIA Quarterfinals for the first time in program history. The team also took home their first-ever MSC Championship, winning the MSC Tournament. Boric works with the goalkeepers and helped Laura Vogt earn Second Team MSC and 12 shutouts.
Quentin Boric comes to Cumberlands after recently graduating from Bridgewater College, where he was a three-year starter for their Men’s Soccer program. Boric amassed nearly 200 career saves, eight shutouts, and an impressive .818 save percentage as a goalie.
Set to begin his coaching career at Cumberlands, Boric states, "I am thrilled to join the Women's Soccer coaching staff alongside Coach Hamilton. It will be exciting to learn from a coach that has so much knowledge and experience to offer. The opportunity for me is a blessing. I expect this season to be very special for many reasons."
Boric is currently pursuing his MBA at Cumberlands.
